نوآوران نوجوان

رویدادی هست که توسط باشگاه تینیوم برگزار میشه و در اون نوجوونا در قالب کار تیمی توانمندی های خودشون رو در خصوص ایده پردازی، نوآوری، خلاقیت، تیم سازی و کارگروهی در کنار دوستان شون تو یه محیط خیلی جذاب و هیجان انگیز محک خواهند زد .

حالا اگه ایده داری، می خوای یاد بگیری چطوری باید تیم تشکیل بدی، چطور فرصت ها رو شناسائی کنی، اصلا اینکه بدونی آدم خلاقی هستی یا نه، چطور باید مذاکره کنی، آیا بلدی تو جمع صحبت کنی، هیجان و شادی رو دوست داری، اعتماد به نفست در چه حدی یه، پس با ما و دوستانت همراه شو و خودت رو محک بزن .

مراحل ثبت نام اینطوری یه که ابتدا نوجوونای عزیز ثبت نام کرده، پس از ثبت نام شرکت کنندگان در روز برگزاری رویداد با روند، نحوه برگزاری، اهداف و ماموریت رویداد آشنا شده و پس از اون بچه ها با هم تیم تشکیل خواهن داد.

قدم بعدی تیم ها فرصت دارند تا تحت راهنمایی و هدایت منتورهای کاردرست، حرفه ای و پرانرژی مون مهارت های لازمه رو باد بگیرن و در روز اختتامیه در مقابل میهمانان و داوران ایده های خودشون رو مطرح کنند.
